small window bad smell
the staff was friendly and professional.
the room i got reminded me of a shoebox with a tiny window, so its pretty dark. the lighting was not great too. i also smelled something bad as i entered the elevator in that building across the main one. apparently, they had two buildings.

The staff addressed every request promptly, exceeding expectations. My room included a fully stocked minibar with complimentary beverages, and I received a personalized welcome gift.. this added a special touch. The hotel's central location allowed easy exploration of the city's attractions.
The elevator in the building across from the main building had a slight odor upon entry.

central location, superb extras
helpful staff evening treats easy access
the staff provided help with tours and offered restaurant tips. the room had treats each evening when i returned. i found walking to restaurants and shops easy from the hotel.
breakfast cost seemed a little expensive for the quality offered.

super central and comfy!
central location surprise gift
The location was totally central! it made getting around super easy (and fun!). the staff were also amazing. They helped me with restaurant suggestions. i really felt looked after. i also loved the surprise gifts they left each day. It was a sweet touch!
the room was a bit smaller than i expected. it was still functional, but a little more space would have been awesome.
